I wanted to thank you for everything you have done for me and my asthmatic kitty.  I came into the office a few months ago with an asthmatic kitty named Bill.  I had spent years trying to find the right method for asthma control.  He has been to four vets in the last four years, and each prescribed a similar drug that would control his asthma temporarily, but not long term.  I had never had a vet take so much initiative, do the research, or even individually call me before, and Dr. Roach took the time and energy to do so.  Bill's asthma is currently completely under control with his inhaler.  He's taken a liking to his "medicine time," most likely for the treats that undoubtedly follow.  His entire personality has changed.  He is no longer lethargic or slow-moving, but the rambunctious and clumsy cat that he was years ago.  He is more affectionate and is always begging for a lap on which to snuggle.  Not only did you guys provide me with the information to buy an inhaler directly from the manufacturer, you also gave me a way to get the steroid inhaler very inexpensively online.  The refill process is easy and the medicine comes directly to my door.  I cannot express my gratitude for all the work this office did for Bill and I.  Moving to Kansas City has been difficult for the kitties and I, but your office has made it easy, and I will be bringing the rest of my kitty-cats to see you and your friendly staff.


I just wanted to send a quick thanks for being so wonderful to both Bubbles and I.  I know I'm probably an annoying first time "Mom" but I really appreciate you getting him in when I'm freaking out and caring so much for him!  I really chose the best place when I picked Claycomo Animal Hospital for my(& Bubbles)vet!  Thanks again, everyone!

The kindest Animal Hospital I have ever been to. I would recommend all my friends take their animals here. I feel like Dr.Roach genuinely cares about animals and is so easy to talk to. I feel very confident in taking my pets to him!! They will always get great care from everyone in the office & all the staff is very friendly and helpful!    


" Very Caring! We've been taking our dog, Jordy, to Claycomo Animal Hospital since we got him a little over 5 years ago. Whenever I've taken Jordy there for illness or injury, Dr. Roach or a staff member calls the next day just to see how he's doing. They explain things well and leave it up to me to make decisions for my pet. I've never been pressured into any services and I know they really care about my dog. If I need to drop in for meds or have a question about Jordy's health, I can call and get good answers. Recently my daughter's dog was staying with us and had a seizure. She had just moved back to the KC area and didn't have a vet yet. I called the office and they took her dog right away. Thank you to Dr. Roach and the whole staff. Jordy and I appreciate you all!
